Tips and tricks for scheduling
and keeping in touch with our office!

Scheduling

When you schedule an appointment with our office, you will receive a Save the Date message via email confirming with you the appointment you made and reminding you to make a note in your calendar of your appointment on the day you scheduled.

Once you've scheduled - you will receive a text message OR an email 2 weeks before your appointment asking you to confirm your apponitment. You will have THREE oppurtunities to confirm your appointment with one of those three messages. If you do not confirm at any of those three times, the system will stop reaching out to you and it will be your responsibility to remember your appointment or to call or text the office to communicate that you will not be able to make it. Once your confirm your appointment you will still recieve one or two reminder messages to remind you of your already confirmed appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If you know you will not be able to make your appointment for whatever reason, the office requires a 48 hour courtesy notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. If that notice is not given at 48 hours, or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may be applied to your account.

Prescription Refill Notice

Prescription refill requests must always be done through your pharmacy. The office will not be able to help you with that. Please be sure to contact your pharmacy for any and all prescription refills.

In-Office Communication

In order to be able to stay in touch with you and communicate with you from the office we require a current Mobile Number as well as a current Email Address to be provided. Our system will rely on one of these forms of contact in order to send you messages from the office about your appointment, as well as allow you to text the office regarding your appointment.

Opting Out of Text Messages

If you decide you no longer want to receive Text messages for your appointment, every Text will have the verbiage "Text STOP to opt out of text messaging." When you text STOP this means you are PERMANENTLY opting yourself out of receiving text messages ever again. If you do this you are still responsible for keeping track of your appointment and communicating any changes or cancellations within the 48 hour cancellation notice policy.

If you have opted out of receiving texts in the past and want to opt back in - simply take our two-way texting number which is (503) 549-4627 and text the word 'START' and this will put you back in the system to start getting reminders and confirmation messages regarding your appointments.

Thank you!
